Director of the Centre for Regulation and Global Governance, and an adjunct senior research fellow of the EW Barker Centre for Law & Business, National University of Singapore. 

Prior to joining the Institute, Dr. You had been awarded several research and teaching fellowships by renowned institutions including the National University of Singapore, Tel Aviv University, Singapore Management University, and the University of Sussex.

Dr. You‘s research expertise lies in M&A and Corporate Law, FinTech and Financial Regulation, Data and Platform Governance. He has been involved in policy-related projects commissioned by the Newton Fund managed by the UK's Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Commerce of China, etc.
