Wang Xisheng Research Assistant

Xisheng's academic foundation includes a double Bachelor's degree in Political Science Pre-law and Philosophy from Michigan State University, and a double Master's degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics and International Governance and Diplomacy from Sciences Po Paris. Xisheng is a scholar specializing in the complexities of transatlantic relations, U.S. Congressional studies, and legal dispute resolution.

Xisheng once served as Co-head of the Membership Office at European Guanxi and as an Associate Editor for the Student Think Tank for Europe-Asia Relations (STEAR). He was also a regular contributor to The New Global Order (TNGO) with his Op-ed column, "The New Normal," and has served as a paper referee for the Undergraduate Philosophy Journal of Australasia (UPJA).

Xisheng has gained practical experience in legislative and legal settings. From 2018 to early 2019, he worked as a legislative assistant for Michigan State Senator Stephanie Chang. From 2019 to 2020, he served as a legal assistant for Judge Rosemarie Aquilina at the Michigan 30th Circuit Court, Ingham County. After 2021, he worked part-time as a paralegal at Hylands Law Firm.
